What options do you have on the system? Can you please share how the Viper didn't do the jobs that it was designed to do? What kind of damage have they done? Man, you have had some shitty lucks on your Z lately, haven't you?! Sorry for what have happened. My Z got broken in about 2 months ago while I had Clifford Intelliguard 7000 series. I should have had added the self power siren long time ago to minimize the damage by blasting them off.... They first pried off the pass side windshield cowl to cut off the power wire to the Clifford to mute the siren. Then they proceeded to the rear center panel and the hatch lock, but couldn't get the hatch unlocked. Then, they moved to the dirver door glass. Pried and snapped the glass to get in. Next, torn the steering wheel column covers and the ignition lock cylinder. While the fxxker was trying to crank the starter at 2am, I heard the engine was trying to crank but wouldn't start. So I looked out and saw a theif wearing white shirt sitting in it! I didn't know how they bypassed the security system, and the engine sounded like it was about to start. To prevent it to be driven away, I opted not to call the cops first, but stormed down the stairs at my aparment. He heard me and took off. Of course, he was running for his life, so I couldn't keep up..... If I would have known better that the Clifford's module prevented him to start up the engine, I would have called the cops first.

To beef up my security on my Z, I decided to yank the old Clifford out and installed the Viper 2 way paging system with the options of: self power siren; module back up battery; glass tempering sensor, and the tilt sensor. I figure that almost no one pays attention to the blasting sirens anymore. I might keep an eye on my Z myself. Tho the entire setup isn't cheap, but hey, if it gets me better sleep at night and concentration at work, hell yeah!
